Compassionate, client-centered virtual therapy for adults.
Beginning therapy is a meaningful step, and I believe the therapeutic process should feel supportive, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward meaningful change at their own pace.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a CASAC M with over 20 years of experience in the mental health and addiction field. Throughout my career, besides working in the mental health field, I have worked with developmentally disabled children and adults in a variety of clinical and supportive settings. For the past 6–7 years, I have been providing mental health therapy services through my private practice, supporting adults through anxiety, stress, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered, compassionate, and individualized to each person’s unique needs and experiences. I integrate supportive therapy, emotional regulation techniques, cognitive restructuring, and evidence-based approaches to help clients increase self-awareness, strengthen coping skills, improve communication, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others.
I understand that life can become overwhelming, especially when balancing responsibilities, relationships, emotional stress, or past experiences that continue to impact daily life. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, confident, emotionally balanced, and connected to the life they want to create.
I specialize in working with adults and provide virtual therapy services for clients located in New York, offering flexible and accessible support from the comfort and privacy of their own space.
